Our Delivery Roles

Our delivery team is made up of several distinct roles, each with different areas of focus and experience requirements. Use this section to find the one that best maps to your background.

Analyst

Execution-focused work configuring tools, QA-ing deliverables, and building the platform depth needed to grow into a Consultant role.

Past roles may include: RevOps Coordinator/Analyst, Marketing Ops Analyst, Salesforce Admin, CRM Admin

Consultant

Gets into the platforms, configures the workflows, and drives the execution that turns a project plan into a working system.

Past roles may include: RevOps Manager, Marketing/Sales/Biz Ops Manager, Business Systems Manager, Salesforce Admin

Technical Program Manager

Owns project delivery across one or more client engagements, bringing operator-level experience to keep strategy and execution aligned.

Past roles may include: Senior Program Manager, Head of RevOps, Product Manager, Director of RevOps

Engagement Manager

Owns the health of client accounts - driving renewals and expansion and keeping engagements aligned to client goals over the long term.

Past roles may include: Sr. RevOps Manager, Client Services Manager, Client Strategy & Growth Manager, Director of Business Ops

RevOps Architect

Owns strategy and solution design, aligns stakeholders, and recommends scalable approaches across process, systems, and roadmap decisions.

Technical Architect

Owns architecture and build decisions on complex engagements and helps set technical standards across the team.

Consulting vs. In-House

Plenty of people who join our team come from in-house roles, but we'll be honest: the transition isn't for everyone.

At Go Nimbly, you'll work across multiple clients at once, carry more context, and move faster than you would in an in-house role.

If deep, long-term ownership of a single system or org is what you're after, consulting probably isn't the right move. If you’re on the fence, here are our thoughts on some common questions/concerns:

Work/Life Balance

We don’t believe in pushing our team to burnout. In addition to our flexible PTO policy, we make sure managers always have full visibility into each person’s workload and that support is provided when needed.

Stability

At any given time, you may be working across one or more clients or workstreams. Leadership oversees staffing to make sure you're set up for success - matching your skills to the right projects while meeting client needs. If you're looking to build a new skill or learn a new tool, we look for opportunities that support that when bench time opens up.

Making Impact

Our customers bring us in on their toughest problems, and we work as an extension of their internal team. Every project we complete is hugely impactful to the companies we work with, and provides our team with a breadth of experience that’s hard to get anywhere else.

Interview Process

Most of our application questions are voluntary and all are contained on a single page. We tried it out and found it could be completed in under 2 minutes.

Once you’ve submitted, we won’t make you jump through hoops. Our (human) team will review your application and if it sounds like a fit, we’ll get in touch to schedule a call.

From there, the process typically includes 3 conversations and moves quickly. We respect your time and won't string you along.
